Our impact has been growing over the last 10 years!
Since UYA was founded in 2014 we've developing and expanding our small urban farm in the upper east side of Detroit. We are adamant about educating local youth in natural food production and agriculture related skills, we've been a part of several different afterschool programs including partnerships with Haper Woods Academy, and Catherine C. Blackwell (DPSCD). We are committed to staying active in our community by hosting and participating in community events including our UYA Annual Earth Day
